One of the best ways to contact us is through out Ticket System. Our ticket system is easy to use, fast, and generates efficient answers through our network, to our clients. Submitting a Ticket is easy! All you have to
is provide us with some simple information about the question/problem, and off it goes to our astonishing departments. You will receive fast and helpful support,
it's easy!

Account Upgrades
Need more space? Need more bandwidth? What about unlimited mySQL and POP3? This is all possible
through our upgrades. Don't run out of bandwidth again, just upgrade for more! Upgrades are simple, easy
to do, and take little time. Are you not ready for 50MB space, but need 30MB? Get an upgrade! Upgrades for
disk space per 5MB start at $.49 per year!

Uptime
We guarantee server 99.98% uptime on all hosting plans. We do our best to achieve a higher goal. Most downtime that may occur is for upgrades, which we will notify you about. Downtime is kept to a minimum.
All safety, security and other aspects of the server environment are carefully monitored. All servers have two hard drives, one main one, and one mirroring backup one. This insures that your data will be safe.
