Q. Do you accept international customers?
A. We will allow you to own hosting with us as long as you live in one of these reigons: American Samoa, APO/FPO, Argentina, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Chile, China, Czech Republic,Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Guam, Hong Kong, Iceland, India, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, South Korea, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Philippines, Poland, Portugal, Puerto Rico, Singapore, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Turkey, United Kingdom, United States or The Virgin Islands. If you violate our
TOS at any time, your account will be terminated.

Q. How long after ordering will my account be set up?
A. Your account will be set up within a maximum of 36 hours on most occasions.

Q. Do you offer custom hosting plans?
A. Yes, we do. Just contact our
sales department.

Q. How often are server files backed up?
A. Server files are backed up weekly, on most occasions.

Q. How many accounts are put on one server?
A. We manage the servers' status, and place accounts on to servers accordingly.

Q. Do you allow "adult" websites?
A. No, we do not host "adult" websites. Please refer to section 12.0 of our
TOS.

Q. Do you offer support via Instant Messaging?
A. Yes, you can reach our technical, billing, sales and server support by contacting HSESUPPORT1, and HSESUPPORT2, via AIM®. This provides quicker and more efficient support to our customers.

Q. How do I upgrade my account?
A. To upgrade your account, please visit the
upgrades section of HostSolutionsE.

Q. What happens if I reach my bandwidth limit?
A. It is your responsibility to check how much bandwidth and other resources you have. cPanel will automatically send you an email if you used 80% of your bandwidth limit. If you reach your bandwidth limit, your website will not be accessible until the next month (based on billing), or until you purchase upgrades. Please visit our
upgrades section for account upgrades.

Q. What currency will I be billed in?
A. You will be billed in USD (United States Dollars ($)).

Q. Are there any hidden fees that are paid in the future?
A. There are no hidden fees.

Q. Can I get a refund if I am not happy?
A. We see no reason why you would not be happy, but we do offer refunds up to 6 days after account activation. You are invited to view our
TOS to view a full version of terms of service. If there is anything we can do, please contact our Customer Support.

Q. Can I get an account with more resources than listed?
A. Why not? Just contact our
sales department to request a larger package.

Q. How long will it take for my domain to work?
A. It takes about 12-72 hours for your domain to propagate (become active and set up in our servers).

Q. What happens if my website is down?
A. Visit

Q. Is there a limit to file size?
A. No, we set no limit to the file size of the files you upload. As long as they fit within your hosting plan, we allow it (in terms of size).

Q. How do I view my email through Microsoft Outlook Express?
